Description
This is the celling of the tomb of Sultan Barquq bin Faraj, located in the Complex that he built during his lifetime.
Usually Rulers in the Arab world would build complexes that housed schools hospitals mosques( and their future tombs), rather than build single mosques.
One thing to note about this place is that the stepping stones on the entrance hold Hieroglyphs from ancient pharoanic Egypt turns out Egyptians used to use the building materials from older civilizations like the ancient Egyptians and the Romans to build their own buildings.
