Description
So Here are the Alexandrian (Egypt) Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, discovered by a peasant when his horse and cart fell into one of the tombs.
The architecture is a mix between Ancient Egyptian and Roman.
You enter it by descending a staircase that revolves around a well (used to lower the bodies) for about 25meters below ground (around four floors). when you get down there this is one of the tombs you see.
its such a fantastic sight , the tomb holds about 300 graves, a Room for dining and a mummification room!
