This shot was taken in the the capital city of Rabat , in the Roman/Merenid Citadel of Chellah.
What we see here is known as a koubbah the domed tombs local saints (Marabouts). A marabout is often a scholar of the Qur'an, or religious teacher. Others may be wandering holy men who survive on alms, Sufi Murshids ("Guides"), or leaders of religious communities. The name is mainly used in Morocco but not in the middle east. Comments

It seems like it's been abandonded for some time, which just adds to its charm. Your shot captures that feeling. Once again, beautiful work!
